A shooting between two vehicles is being investigated. It happened around 1:30 p.m. in the area of Robb Elementary School, which teaches second, third and fourth graders. The two drivers were known to each other and pulled over on the side of the road. One of them pulled out a gun and shot the other driver in the second vehicle.

21 people killed in san antonio shooting

A fourth-grade teacher who was shot while protecting her students was among the victims in today’s shooting in San Antonio. Her aunt told the New York Times that her niece was in her early 40s and a married mother of one. She took pride in teaching her students and was an avid hiker. The shooting left 21 people dead, and many relatives are turning to social media to look for their missing loved ones. Among those found were students, parents, and relatives of the shooter.

Police are still trying to determine whether the suspect had a mental health or criminal record, but the teen’s wife has told reporters she rarely saw him before the attack and had not seen him in years. Although Ramos was armed with a semiautomatic rifle and tactical vest, he did not have a history of mental illness or criminal activity, and legally purchased both firearms and ammunition within the last week. As a result, investigators are having trouble finding any trace of him or his friends.

The teen’s mother had been a teacher at the school, and the two girls had a close relationship with the shooter. The two girls had no children at the school, but they were still close, and the shooting occurred a few miles away. In Uvalde, the Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District announced on Twitter that all of its schools had been placed on lockdown. The Uvalde school district also held a prayer vigil for the victims.

The shooter was an 18-year-old, and the suspect was arrested, but no one else has been identified. He had a semi-automatic rifle, a handgun, and a magazine of high-capacity ammunition. He shot a grandmother at Robb Elementary School before going on the rampage. Authorities have yet to identify the alleged shooter. Authorities have not released the names of the other victims.

As the death toll grows to 21, local officials are calling for more action. The US Senate has also ordered all American flags to be flown at half-staff. The United States flag will be flown at half-staff through sunset on Saturday. This memorial service also offers funeral services. The US flag will fly at half-staff to honor the victims. So far, there has been no word on whether or not the state will call for a federal investigation.

    Texans can openly carry firearms

As of Sept. 1, Texans are allowed to openly carry firearms in most public areas. The law has caused a stir among gun rights advocates, police unions, and handgun instructors. Before, Texans had to get a license to carry a handgun. This required six hours of training, passing a written exam, and demonstrating proficiency with a firearm. Additionally, prospective licensees must submit fingerprints and pass a background check. As of now, the Texas Constitution gives the legislature the power to regulate the wearing of arms and prohibits local jurisdictions from passing ordinances that conflict with the state’s statute.

The bill also made Texas a Second Amendment sanctuary state. This means that state and local law enforcement officials are prohibited from enforcing federal gun laws. The bill also prohibits hotels from preventing guests from carrying firearms, and the law does not restrict firearm owners from carrying handguns in the city. It also allows Texas citizens to carry a handgun in a holster of their choice in public.

Although Texas citizens wanted stricter gun laws, conservative activists and politicians who opposed the proposal pushed it for years. The legislation passed in June by an 82-62 vote and was signed into law by Gov. Greg Abbott, who declared that it “instilled freedom in the Lone Star State.” However, gun control advocates have criticized the new law as un-Texan and counterproductive. Gun safety experts say that proficiency is necessary to carry a firearm safely.

The new law will allow Texans to openly carry firearms in San Antonio. The new law is not unanimously supported by gun safety advocates and police, and it has drawn criticism from many in the gun industry. Nevertheless, it is a huge step forward for gun safety. And it should be noted that while the new law will help many people carry guns in public places, it may also make things worse for gun owners.

While the law doesn’t require a permit to openly carry a handgun, the rules are very different for long guns. People must clear a background check, pass a safety course, and show their shooting proficiency before they can openly carry their handgun. But the law leaves the licensing process intact for those who seek a license. The change is a welcome relief for law-abiding Texans.

The man was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition, but later died of his injuries. The suspect left the scene in a beige Hyundai Elantra and police have no idea who he is. Police have not yet determined a motive for the shooting, but say it was likely an attempted robbery.

The suspect pulled a gun and fired two shots at the officer, who then returned fire. The officer killed both the driver and the passenger, a woman. The officer also shot the officer in the back. The suspect died of his injuries. The woman passenger was injured and was transported to the hospital.
