Issuers
There are several advantages for issuers wishing to list their securities on the Luxembourg stock exchange. First, issuers can choose between two distinct regimes: the European Union-regulated Bourse de Luxembourg or the Luxembourg domestic market, known as Euro MTF. Listing on one of these will provide issuers with exposure to a larger pool of institutional investors.
Listing requirements

Listing fees on the Luxembourg stock exchange are based on the aggregate value of securities to be listed. The fees also include fees for reviewing and approving a prospectus. If the prospectus must be approved by another regulator, such as the CSSF, different fees apply. In general, 0.05% of the total value of shares to be listed is charged for prospectus approval. This fee is lower for simplified prospectuses.
